This programme Bâtisseurs d'avenir (B.A) is an initiative aimed at bringing together Congolese from the diaspora to pool their financial resources to support the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is based on a participatory financing model in which members contribute to a common fund intended to finance economic, social and infrastructure projects in the country.
